When you do a quick search online for mothers with autism, or parents with autism you immediately find plenty of information and resources for parents with autistic children. It can be difficult to locate information from adults who have autism spectrum disorders who are raising children with or without autism, but these autistic adult parents are out there. For those of us on the spectrum searching for someone to talk to or someone who understands our unique experiences, we can turn to many online communities. Facebook pages are only one of the vessels that we can use to connect with others. Whether you are a parent with autism, a parent of an autistic child, or an adult with autism looking for someone to talk to, these pages can provide you with insights and support.
